For manufacturers

Your product meets the criteria of souveraenitaet.info: headquartered in the EU, developed in the EU, clearly European ownership. You are willing to work with the cooperative as a partner – with joint terms, training for the partners and a fixed contact for the network.

For partners

Whether system integrator, IT service provider, consultant, managed service provider, value added reseller, distributor or cloud service provider: you are based in the EU and already work with European products – or want to. You are willing to qualify for the network’s products, to share your experience with other members and, where needed, to deliver projects jointly with other partners.

The ownership rule applies here too: partners are European companies – headquartered in the EU and in European hands. Size, on the other hand, does not matter – a two-person business has the same vote as a system integrator with a hundred employees.

Which category fits?

Choose the category that best describes your focus. Whoever builds infrastructures end to end is a system integrator; whoever runs them on an ongoing basis is a managed service provider; whoever advises vendor-neutrally is a consultant. The definitions of all eight categories are on the How it works page. In case of doubt we settle the classification in conversation – it can be changed later.

What membership means

Members subscribe to cooperative shares and have voting rights in the general assembly. The size of the share and the ongoing contributions are set by the statutes, which are currently being drafted. Founding members help shape them.

How it proceeds

1. You send us your company’s key details and the desired category via the form.
2. We get back to you within a few working days for a conversation.
3. If there is mutual interest, you receive the draft statutes and the accession documents.
4. Membership takes effect with the registration of the cooperative; until then you are part of the founding circle and are listed on this site.
