Hosting
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the site, IONOS processes technically necessary data in server log files on our behalf: IP address, date and time, page accessed, data volume, browser type and operating system. This data is required to ensure operation and to defend against attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after [period per IONOS contract]. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
Contact form and e-mail
When you write to us via the contact form or the “Become a member” page, you transmit your name, e-mail address and the content of your message, plus company details for membership enquiries. This data is delivered to us by e-mail and used solely to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Form data is not stored on the web server.
To fend off automated abuse, the form script briefly processes a hash of your IP address in order to limit the number of submissions per hour. This value is deleted within 24 hours at the latest and allows no inference about your person.
We retain your enquiry for as long as needed to process it, at most [period, e.g. 12 months], unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is [state data protection commissioner of the operator’s federal state].
